hello! I’m Nick…
The Christian leaders of the future have to be theologians, persons who know the heart and are trained—through prayer, study and careful analysis. - Henri Nouwen
My Mission
My mission is to be present to your story so that you can be an empowering presence in others’ stories.
Leadership is about sharing a story; my story is not just a highlight reel of leadership success and bookish knowledge. Although I have many achievements and continue to be a student in leadership theory, I have also hit walls and fell flat on my face. God has used these experiences to transform me into a more mature follower of Jesus and a more anchored leader. Maybe my story can find harmony with yours so that you can become engaged in deeper leadership for your context.
“Once a man has experienced the mercy of God in his life he will henceforth aspire only to serve his brothers [and sisters]. The proud throne of the judge no longer lures him. He wants to be down below with the lowly and the needy, because that is where God found him.” - Dietrich Bonhoeffer
